24 hour on-line booking

You can now book, change or cancel appointments over the internet securely using our new on-line booking system, 24 hours a day.

Registering to use the On-line System for the first time.

To use the system, you need to register in person at reception ensuring that you bring two forms of identification with you (including one photo ID). Once your identity has been verified, the receptionist will issue you with your PIN number, Practice ID number, Access ID and  NHS number. You can then use these to sign-up to the system by clicking this link.

Using the On-line booking system once you are registered.

If you are already registered to use the system, login by clicking here. Please note that we have recently upgraded out clinical computer system and existing users may experience difficulty in logging in. If you encounter such problems, please contact the surgery and we will issue you with new log-in details (proof of identity will be required).
